Parker is truly an exceptional colt combining the best of two athletic breeds; he has the movement, endurance, speed, and intelligence of the Thoroughbred, and the temperament, bone, boldness and trainability of the Westphalian.On 8/2008, he already has 7.25 inch cannon bones. Will mature to 16.2 hands (+/-) with 8 inch cannon bones or bigger.. He would be super at Hunter,dressage, jumping or eventing. Parker has been inspected and hip branded by the Westphalian Verband.
He is handled daily and has also been hand walked and ponied down the road from another horse. He is already used to signs,bridges and mild traffic. Loads himself in the trailer nicely. Lunging well in the arena and wearing bridle and saddle nicely. I refuse to ride him before he's 3 years old as I believe that's too young for a horse to be under rider.
Parker is a very independent colt that isn't buddy sour at all.He does just fine in a stall by himself or out in a paddock alone as well. He is such a calm and laid back gentleman.
My horses are always up to date on worming and vaccinations. Hoof trims for him are every 6 weeks without a hitch. He learns quickly and takes to learning new things with a good attitude. Has been lunged under saddle and going along nicely.
He's such a pleasure to be around and stands quietly and content for grooming and trims. He's a Very nice horse that has his basic handling skills down pat.
Has superb movement in the walk,trot and canter. Inspectors were very pleased with this foal and nothing but good things to say about him. He has been inspected and hip branded.
His sire: The well known Westfalen stallion, "Pablo" that has produced Grand Prix horses in jumping and dressage along with many approved offspring.
His Dam: Westpahlian approved Main Mare Thoroughbred. She is of utmost in quality and temperament. Very nice TB mare in conformation, gaits, temperament and most of all look at her bloodlines.
Prefer him to go to a good quality show home where he'll be treated like royalty and will appreciate and develop him to the best of his ability.
